This is a privacy policy for how A True Blue View ("ATBV") may collect, use, and protect your personal info when you interact with our podcast platform, which includes any website or landing page as well as any socials. Said another way: here are the basics...

When you subscribe to ATBV's email list or contact us directly, we capture your email addy and possibly your name plus mobile number. Hey, you might want text or WhatsApp messages from ATBV or its host.

ATBV may track your listening activity through various podcast platforms, including the epi you play or watch, the time spent listening or watching, and your device information (for analytics purposes). Our website, or any ATBV landing page, may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather info about your browsing behavior, such as your IP address and pages visited. Why? ATBV wants to deliver the best experience possible and this info helps to do that. Related to this, ATBV uses your listening data to learn your preferences and give you content you want. This includes aggregated data to analyze listening trends. Aaaaaand we may disclose your info if required by law or to protect ATBV and its host's rights. No cap. 

Once ATBV gets its email act together, we may send you the occasional episode update, promo emails about what's upcoming, and possibly a newsletter - all with your consent.

This said, ATBV does not/will not sell your personal info to any third party for marketing purposes. We'd hate for someone to do that to us so we ain't doing it to you. You can opt-out or unsubscribe from ATBV's email list at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, by sending ATBV an email with "STAAAAAAAAAAHP" in the subject line, or by messaging (text or WhatsApp) us with  "Yo, chill." Break-ups happen. We get it. 

Now we may update this privacy policy from time-to-time. Why? Gotta keep up with the rules & regulations of the day. Being in compliance with 'Johnny Law' is important and ATBV wants no smoke. So, we'll give you a heads up of any significant changes via the ATBV website, email, or text message...maybe WhatsApp if we're close like that.
